Fact: This is completely untrue because by skipping meals, you actually disturb your body’s metabolic system, and when you are in starvation mode, your hormones get imbalanced and the body tries to conserve the energy, rather than expending it which means that your body will have excess calories, which will lead to weight gain rather than a person lose weight fasting. What ends up happening if you do not eat regularly is that you will consume larger portions at the meals that you do eat. This type of diet will pack on the pounds. Do not let your body go hungry by not eating regularly, but rather keep it fueled by snacking in between small meals throughout the day and eat food that is healthy for you.
Number 3 Getting regular physical activity means you do not have to watch your food intake.
Fact: The type of exercise is not important whether you run around a track or do a six pack ab exercise program but what is important is the amount of calories you burn, since this is an essential feature of weight loss. because your body will accumulate extra calories as fat regardless of the amount of exercise you do. Diet plays a major role in weight loss. It is when the right diet is combined with an effective exercise regimen that weight loss happens.
Fourth is that if it says it is “lite” it is good for your diet
Just because it says “lite” on the label does not mean that it is good for your diet. A low fat diet can have many other ingredients that are added to boost flavor and texture. If something was very fatty to start with, losing half the calories might make it better but it will still be unhealthy. Look past the catch phrases on the front of a package and make sure you read the information on the back. Instead of eating diet food, concentrate on smaller portions. With low fat foods, look to see where else the calories might come from and at best, go for low fat and sugar free products.
Most of us who are carrying a few extra pounds want to make changes. They are looking to get into shape. Understanding how to get into shape is important if you want to achieve that goal. A person will never lose the weight if they do not make some changes. Before you begin any weight loss plan, learn the facts. Then make the commitment to reach your goals.
