A relatively new therapy, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique has been used successfully by thousands of people for Managing panic attacks. Other alternative Cures For Panic Attacks include, hypnotherapy, reflexology and NLP.
Much like acupuncture, Emotional Freedom Technique uses the same principals. Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese medicine technique which has been practiced for centuries and works by positioning needles directly on the meridian system in the body to rebalance energy or chi flow.
EFT works in the same way by balancing your energy flow and disruptions. Relief from emotional distress and physical ailments can be very quick since the meridian system is worked on directly. Unlike Acupuncture, EFT uses the fingertips to stimulate the meridian points by tapping on them.
It’s been long known that the mind and body are connected and that one affects the other. Experiencing emotional distress and stress can be interpreted as a disruption in the body’s natural energy flow. As they build up, more stress hormones are released triggering Panic symptoms.
Practicing the tapping sequence brings about balance in the energy system, releasing built up stress hormones and adrenaline, which relieves symptoms of anxiety and stress. When stimulating the meridian points the person must use positive statements in combination. This is why EFT is so effective at healing the mind and body because the core problem is identified as well as treating its negative effects on the energy system.
Although EFT is a fairly new therapy, it’s use and success has spread across the globe. EFT isn’t just effective at emotional issues and managing panic attacks. It’s also effective at dealing with physical pain. It’s also easier than you think, in fact you don’t need to know anything about meridian points to learn the how to apply this technique. You can find lots of free information out there on the Internet showing you tapping sequence in detail.
The tapping sequence is just half of the EFT practice the other half is about focusing and acknowledging the problem. Before starting the sequence it’s a good idea to write down the problem that you want to address. It is important to use self accepting and positive language when using affirmations. For a person to grown and love others they must first learn to love themselves.
The brilliance of EFT is that it can be used anywhere and its quick which makes managing panic attacks much easier. When you experience the first signs of anxiety, apply the technique for quick relief. Affirmations are best used out aloud but merely thinking about them may also work. Some people may feel a little self-conscious practicing EFT in public but you’d be surprised how little people pay attention.
EFT doesn’t promise 100% success rate, but it’s important to apply it regularly to see significant results. You have to remember that emotional issues can run deep, which means that EFT can sometimes take more than a few times to work. Many people see how effective EFT is and put it to use to treat other issues they may have. Through consistent practice the body’s natural energy system will continue to get better.
