4. Don’t forget to eat breakfast. Those who don’t tend to feel more fatigued and stressed later in the day.
5. Move around to chill out. 10 minutes of exercise a day can help to reduce stress.
6. Clenching your fists or tightening your shoulder muscles help anxious people o relax. Clench your fist for 7 seconds then release.
7. Try yawning. When you yawn, more air and oxygen enters your lungs, revitalizing your bloodstream and calming you down.
