Feeling fatigued, stressed out or tired? It may be the result of eating the wrong foods.
Rev up your engine with foods that leave you feeling more energized. Many anxiety sufferers feel exhausted and stressed out so it’s important to not only eat healthy and pick super foods that really help but to learn how to cure the anxiety or panic attacks, panic away can help.
You remember that feeling after eating a greasy hamburger, fries and soft drink at your favorite fast food restaurant. I know I end up feeling sluggish and a heavy feeling in my stomach. It’s far better to pick a meal that contains complex carbohydrates, protein, and fats to leave you feeling more satisfied.
Don’t rely on caffeine or energy drinks to give you energy, these are short-term and can be loaded with sugar. Changing to a healthier diet with natural foods is a great way to get more energy. Choose complex carbohydrates, they release energy slowly into the bloodstream and help to keep your blood sugar evenly balanced. Limit fats and choose iron rich foods. Reduce your amount of simple carbohydrates like candy bars, potato chips and soft drinks. A healthier snack instead of something sugary is crackers, cheese and fruit or yogurt.
And don’t skip breakfast. After waking, your body has gone several hours without food, it’s critical to refuel and give your body a boost of energy. Without eating breakfast your metabolism takes a beating, starts to slow down and conserves calories because it’s not sure when you’re going to feed it next.
Top Natural Foods to Eat for Energy
- Beans – powerful vegetable packed with protein, fiber, vitamins, and minerals including black beans and lentils.
- Yogurt

Does your face turn red when you get uncomfortable?
Blushing is a symptom of social anxiety. Excessive blushing is a reaction to a strong emotion caused by a situation where you feel anxious, uncomfortable or embarrassing like a presentation in front of people perhaps, meeting your date for the first time, a job interview, or having to meet lots of people at a big party. The activity of the sympathetic nervous system increases stimulating the release of adrenaline into the bloodstream. This widens blood vessels, altering and relaxing the blood vessels underneath the skin which increases the volume of blood going to the skin. It is here we experience facial redness or blushing. People with social anxiety often fear that their blushing will be seen as them being shy, nervous or as a sign of weakness.
It just takes that one situation that triggers the redness and seems impossible to stop. If you suffer blushing in public and its interfering with your ability to interact with others you must address the emotional and mental reasons or the reasons why your fearing the situation you are currently in. Treating the cause in this way will help to make you more comfortable in that social situation. Excessive blushing was holding me back from so much in life because I had found it so embarassing. However, when I learned to deal with it and face those emotions it started to get better. I noticed the more I tried to stop it the more I would experience it, I had to get to the “root” and confront the feelings I had. Increasing your confidence and self esteem is another key factor to eliminate social blushing.
Blushing is a natural reaction to emotions. The more you worry or concentrate on blushing the more it seems to reoccur, so acknowledge your feelings and try to let it go and carry on through the event. You can learn to lessen the intensity or frequency and one day you’ll notice that you don’t even worry about it anymore.
After experiencing relief from blushing I purchased the Panic Away program to eliminate my anxiety attacks that I had suffered with for so many years. After much in depth research I decided on Barry Joe McDonagh’s Panic Away program.
You can have the same freedom and get your life back and YOU back to your care-free self.
There is freedom from a life of anxiety and Panic Away’s One Move Technique will ELIMINATE your dreadful attacks!

Meditation is a personal and spiritual experience. The goal is to get your mind to a deeper state of relaxation or personal awareness.
It also decreases heart rate while increasing blood flow and can reduce anxiety attacks (learn more with Panic Away), blood pressure and tension. A persons confidence and self esteem can increase through meditation.
With hectic schedules, responsibilites, parenting and work. Meditating helps relieve stress and quiets your mind. It can bring inner peace and freedom, making you a more effective decision maker, and propels you toward a more positive and grateful attitude in life. Meditation teaches us to be content and like who we are. You will develop a genuine happiness that doesn’t come from external or materialistic things and can be powerful in alleviating depressive or anxious thoughts.
How to Meditate:
1. Set aside enough time to meditate daily even if it`s just 5 minutes. A good goal to aim for is 20-30 minutes each day.
2. Find a quiet environment and sit in a position that is comfortable for you. Whether sitting on a chair on the ground with or without a cushion keep your feet firmly planted on the ground and make sure your back is straight.
3. Lower your eyes and gaze to the floor or you can close your eyes, whatever feels best for you.
4. Breathe deeply and slowly.
5. Concentrate on each body part and start trying to relax each muscle. This takes time but start at your toes and work all the way to your head until you can feel yourself becoming more relaxed.
6. At first, allow your thoughts to come and go with detachment. You will get to a point where you will be able to control your thoughts, your thoughts will no longer control you.
7. Your goal is to focus on “nothing“. This will be difficult at first because our mind wants to wander a mile a minute but try to concentrate on the flow of your breath instead or the physical sensations your body is experiencing. If this is too difficult in the beginning you may want to play a meditation cd with soothing music so you can concentrate on the music. Then move on to quiet when you’re ready. Simple silence is the goal.
8. When you notice thoughts, gently let them go and refocus on your breath.
9. Rest in the moment.
10. Then gently lift up your gaze or open your eyes and return to each body part again, slowing awaking and being aware of each muscle from your toes to your head.
Be mindful of your thoughts even when you’re not meditating. You may see yourself feeling happier on the days that you do meditate so aim for daily meditation. And be patient. It’s not easy to silence the mind but with persistence you will get there. Although meditating requires much dedication and focus the benefits make it all worth while!

When a person suffers from anxiety or panic attacks they can experience excessive sweating or Hyperhidrosis as a result. If stuck in an uncomfortable or difficult situation such as a first date, giving a presentation or talking to a group of colleagues, excessive sweating can leave you with extremely sweaty palms, puddles under your arms, and embarrassing beads of sweat on your forehead.
People with lots of anxiety state that they get nervous because they sweat and then they sweat more because they are nervous. They constantly check their underarms or hands for sweat. This can greatly impact and reduce someone’s self esteem, leaving them feel less confident and more self conscious as a result. Don’t let another day of excessive sweating steal your joy or depress you there is HELP.
Tips To Ease Excessive Sweating
- Quit smoking – enough said.

- Practice yoga or meditation. Get in tune with your body this is a great way to get focused.
- Clinical strength anti-perspirant, such as Secret.
- Reduce unnecessary stress where you can. We all have stress in our lives, some more than others but if you take a close look there is always some way you can reduce it, whether it’s letting something go or finally dealing with it once and for all.
- Rest and relaxation. Treat yourself to a relaxing bath with essential oils, curl up with a good book, put on some soothing music with candles, whatever it takes to help you to take care of “you”.
- Exercise at least 2 -3 times per week.
- Drink herbal teas that help to reduce stress. These teas should contain St. John’s Wort, lemon balm or chamomile. Also, whether black, green or oolong drinking tea causes Theanine an amino acid to be produced and helps reduce our stress making our minds more clear.
- Regular Water Intake. Take a look at one of my previous articles at www.panicawaybonuspackage.com/blog on how drinking enough water can actually ease anxiety symptoms.
Medications used to treat excessive sweating are only treating the symptom and not the underlying cause, the natural way is always best.

Your water intake is essential to keeping your body healthy and to ease anxiety symptoms.
Every organ in the body heavily depends on water to function properly and to its capacity. We are mostly water. The human body is 69% water. The brain is 85% water, bones 35% water, blood 83% water and the liver 90% water. (Resource: Watershed Wellness Center)
A mere 2% drop in body water can trigger fuzzy short-term memory, and difficulty focusing and it is estimated that 75% of Americans are dehydrated. It may be difficult to drink the recommended daily water intake of 8 glasses a day, our schedules are so busy but try to keep a water bottle with you all the time. When you feel thirsty your body is already dehydrated. Don’t drink excessive caffeinated drinks or alcoholic beverages; they actually have a dehydrating effect, with alcohol that’s why you get the dreaded “hang over” the next day because your body is so dehydrated.
Signs of Moderate Dehydration
-Dry, sticky mouth
-Fatigue
-Thirsty
-Dark urine
-Headache
-Dizzy or lightheaded
How to Stay Hydrated
-Drink 6-8, 8-ounce glasses of pure water every day.
-Try to drink every 30 minutes, especially first thing in the morning, it will help you feel energized, even if you don’t feel thirsty
-Avoid too much caffeinated drinks or alcohol.
-Water will also help keep your weight in check. Drinking 8 glasses of day will help you to feel more full.
-Herbal teas count too as long as there not diuretic.
Contributing significantly to fatigue, dehydraton can also cause headaches, nervousness, irritability, lethargy and nervousness. Dehydration can be one factor that contributes to nervousness and anxiety. Keeping the body functioning at its prime and well hydrated regular water intake is crucial in subduing the anxiety or panic attacks.
Water… A small thing but so powerful in helping to diminish the symptoms of anxiety or panic attacks. There is a cure for your anxiety or panic attacks, anxiety doesn’t have to steal another day. Learn more with Panic Away.

My girlfriend called the other day and said to me,” I`m a little embarrassed to mention this but I have to tell someone. When I make a friend request on Facebook it’s amazing how much anxiety I feel over whether they will confirm me as a friend or not. I wait with such anxious thoughts….what if they just ignore it…what if they don’t even want to be my friend? What if they don’t think I’m worthy enough? And if they do accept and see that I only have 50-60 friends do I look like a failure because they might have 200, 300, 400?” These are not just passing thoughts, but something that she dwells on and consumes her. She confessed that when she gets herself all worked up she thinks she’s having an anxiety attack. If I don’t hear back from the person for days I can’t seem to let it go. The more I think about it, I can feel my heart beating faster, my hands get all sweaty, I feel so jittery and light headed that I have to sit down. The worst part is that I don’t know how to calm myself down.
It`s easy to compare yourself to others and there`s so much pressure that we place on ourselves to be perfect and successful. Why is being approved and accepted by others so important to us?
These irrational and what she would call ridiculous thoughts would come at her so fast that it was impossible for her to stop the sensations, there’s no doubt that fear and self esteem issues are at the root and each of us needs to practice our own self acceptance….because she didn`t have the tools to know how.
The Panic Away program written by a former anxiety sufferer Barry Joe McDonaugh has really helped her. She has practiced his One Move Technique for several months now and with all the useful, practical information he has provided in his Panic Away Program she can now stop these thoughts when they come into her mind so that she doesn`t experience the full blown panic attacks any longer!
It has given her a sense of confidence because she is back in control of her thoughts and she is no longer obsessed with people’s approval. It’s hard to conquer anxiety, the mind is so powerful but after finishing the program she said it was well worth the effort!

I had dinner with a male friend the other night and he opened up to me about the anxiety he was facing. More women seem to experience anxiety but men certainly do too. On the surface he appears as a very successful salesman but inside he suffers from a ton of anxiety. Now a single father of three girls, his job entails a ton of pressure and he constantly pushes himself to be more and more successful. I understand that men have a lot of pressure to bring home the bacon whether for themselves or their family but when he confided in me that he suffers panic attacks when at home by himself I really wanted to help him.
He now has the girls 50% of the time and hates that his family is broken apart. It’s difficult being a single parent but he tries his very best to give the girls stabilty, laughter and fun. When he doesn’t have the girls he is working hard trying to meet his quota. He told me that if numbers are down, his sense of worth takes a fall as well. He constantly measures his value by how much he sells. When sales are up he’s really happy but when sales are down he’s down too. You wouldn’t know it to look at him, he appears very confident, handsome and self assured. He has numerous friends, does a lot of charity work, is at all the social events and has a beautiful house. But he admitted those quiet nights at home can be terrifying. The thoughts that swirl around his head are “what if I lose it all?” He came from a very poor upbringing and worked hard to be where he is but with sales it’s never a sure thing. The thought of losing it all sends him straight into panic. He feels sick to his stomach and gets so wound up that he told me on several occasions he has literally trembled with crazy thoughts going through his mind like “what if I die?”
I have to admit he was a little hesitant when I introduced the Panic Away program. He said he wanted to deal with it on his own but when I asked him what he has done to try and help himself he couldn’t answer. I reassured him that Barry Joe McDonaugh’s Panic Away program has helped many, many people and to just give it a try. In the end he agreed because he doesn’t want to go through it alone anymore, he wants to deal with it and is willing to take the steps to do it! Awesome!

It’s tough for someone to go through dealing with the loss of a loved one. Of course it was devastating when my girlfriend’s mom died. She started to realize how much she was forgetting things shortly after her mom’s passing. Super organized, always on the ball and a perfectionist her forgetfulness really started to distress her. Simple things like misplacing her keys over and over or forgetting an appointment would send her straight into an panic attack. However, she immediately thought that this forgetfulness must be from some sort of undiagnosed disease and then those thoughts would attack her… what if it’s cancer or a brain tumor? What if I die? Why can’t I get this Panic away from me?
The longer it went on the more she felt scatter-brained, unsure of herself and unable to concentrate on much. With all the irrational and obsessive thoughts, a panic or anxiety attack would send her spiralling out of control. She spent hours researching what disease she had on the internet. She was certain she was going crazy. She wouldn’t talk about her anxiety attacks with any friends or family believing that they would all think she’s going crazy too. She was scared.
Death is a huge tragedy and grieving is normal and takes time. It’s not uncommon to feel forgetful, overwhelmed or scatter-brained. However, because her mind at the time could not think logically, her irrational thoughts seemed completely real and she became obsessed with running to the doctor every time she’d forget something else. She asked her doctor to perform many different tests but he concluded that she had General Anxiety Disorder, surprised but a little relieved, she didn’t know how to stop the anxiety on her own.
The cause of her anxiety was her fear of dying, especially since seeing her mom die. Having a fear of something sets off anxiety or panic. Do you suffer from panic or anxiety? Ask yourself what you are afraid of.The fear during the night would wake her up and have her trembling. Her obsessive, imagined thoughts consumed her.
Since learning the Panic Away program all of those horrible thoughts she knows now were all imagined. Panic Away has kicked her thoughts to the curb and helped her to stop the fear of thinking you’re going crazy. She has learned to get control and she regained her confidence and her memory.
Please know that feeling nervous or afraid that you might be insane is not uncommon when experiencing anxiety but the truth is that you don`t have to suffer from another anxiety or panic attack again. Panic Away‘s powerful One Move Technique (21-7 Technique) can restore you back to your care- free, normal self no matter how long you`ve been suffering
