Start working out regularly and consistently. Change your lifestyle to include regular workouts. Make it a part of who you are. Personally, I think most people are commiting dietary errors. Most of them concentrate on the foods to remove from their diet.

I’m pretty sure most people want to get rid of beer and processed food right off the bat, right? The one technique that would be effective here is one I call subtraction by addition. With this approach, you will be able to see a whole new way of looking at dietary techniques.

My advice is to pick one or two foods that are highly nutritious for you. In this example let’s talk about vegetable juice. A fresh salad is also another option. Imagine getting home from a hard day at work and longing for an ice cold beer. You just want to enjoy the day’s end by giving your tired body a rest, right? However, talk yourself out of drinking the beer and opt for a juice and if you still want the beer, then you can have it as a reward for drinking the juice first. This small move can actually change your life for the better. You can also do this with other foods and pretty soon, you’ll find that you’re eating healthier foods than bad ones.

This idea is called subtraction by addition. You’ll start to realize over time that even your cravings will change. If you want a doughnut or a hamburger, go ahead and have it, but just make sure you first eat whatever health food you chose for that day. Pretty soon you’re stomach will actually shrink in size. Given enough time your body will get cleaner and you’ll start feeling how toxic your current diet is.
