A sort of anxiety disorder that’s relatively common are fears which is an irrational fear of eventualities, things, events, or activities that brings little harm at all . People with fears will always have a look for a method to keep their selves away from the things that they’re fearful of but if they aren’t ready to they customarily experience shaking, increased pulse rate, trouble in breathing and have a tendency to panic. Fears are more likely suffered by women than men and is affecting twenty-eight out each 100 folk.
Each of us is scared of something but when these troubles are already exaggerated and become unreasonable this may already be considered as a fear and not as a common fear any longer. Fears are specified into 3 main parts : social phobia symptoms, fear of being outside or agoraphobia, and specific fears or fear of a selected object or situation. Some of the commonest fears are composed of fears of open spaces, public presenting, and fear of flying or aerophobia, spiders, snakes or ophidiophobia, needles, heights or altophobia. There’s essentially no known cause why fears develop but it is thought that it can be triggered by some life events, influenced by a persons culture and how one is parented. Classical conditioning could also cause the development of fears since a person responds to their fear by generalizing that fear to more generalized things or situations.
When you think that your fears are already illogical and ludicrous it’s best to have yourself correctly considered by licensed mental-health consultant, primary-care medical suppliers, psychiatrist or psychological therapist to precisely assist in the diagnosis of fears. As fears may pose other mental-health conditions especially other agitation afflictions, it is best to find help as fast as achievable.
Psychotherapy together with specific medicines is thought to be the most effective way to dump or if not reduce phobic attacks. Desensitization is one sort of psychotherapy which involves the steady exposure of the person to the stimuli or situation that he is scared of. CBT or cognitive behavior care where a persons way of thinking is modified or diverted in addition has been found to seriously decrease indications of fear. CBT will educate the person about the fear, help in identifying the thoughts and behaviors that may lead to being phobic and teach the individual effective strategies in handling such stimuli. Some of the medicines that are often prescribed to treat fears are flouxetine ( Prozac ), fluvoxamine ( Luvox ), and sertraline ( Zoloft ), these medicines will affect the serotonin levels in the brain. Beta-blocker medicines are sometimes prescribed to treat fear as it decreases the physical symptoms by obstructing the effects of adrenaline in the body.

More and more parents are growing concerned over the rise in anxiety disorders developing in young children. For concerned parents, there are other Cures For Panic Attacks without the use of medication. Alternative options include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as well as interventions and support from family and teachers.
Panic attacks are devastating for children and can affect them deeply emotionally and physically. The thought of going to school or leaving home can create extreme feelings of fear. Crying, sweating and trembling and extreme shyness are also symptoms of anxiety. Some parents might even believe that the child is just going through a phase and that they’ll grow out of it. However, left untreated the child may become even more withdrawn and it will indeed affect their mental development.
Anxiety disorders aren’t simply grown out of, and this is apparent in many adults who continue to suffer. This is why identifying the cause and treating it quickly is important. Identifying the cause for child anxiety can sometimes be difficult and there may be multiple triggers including; peer pressure at school, fear of embarrassment in front of others, and physical or emotional trauma. Show care and sensitivity when dealing with a child with an anxiety disorder. Children with anxiety disorders generally find it difficult to open up and confront their disorder.
Panic attacks can be especially frightening for children because they don’t understand why they happen. Often they see themselves as outcasts and become loners. Experiencing anxiety and panic attacks has a negative influence on an adolescent’s character. They show no interest in activities that they were once interested in and spend considerable time in their bedroom. They might show a loss of appetite and be unresponsive when spoken to. Parents and teachers may also notice a drop in their test papers and assignments.
With constant anxious and fearful thoughts a child may demonstrate irrational behavior. A child might say things he or she wouldn’t usually say. Your child might show suicidal behavior and frequently talk about death. Show patience and try to understand what they’re going through. Talk to them when they’re alone and let them explain what’s going on and how they feel.
Try and understand what they’re going through by reading up about their illness. Explain to them why panic attacks occur and reassure them that there is treatment. Showing them simple tips for panic attacks can help them to cope and put them at greater ease. Stay composed and calm when you child has panic attack. Show them how to calm down by breathing slowly and deeply.
Praise them for getting through a panic attack and engage in relaxing activities. Encourage them to do fun things like painting and playing games. For parents, it can be a struggle to deal with a child with anxiety, but there is help. Don’t be afraid to ask for help from a medical doctor or psychotherapist. Through therapy sessions a child can learn How To Stop A Panic Attack on their own. However, lets not forget the importance of continual intervention and encouragement from loved ones.

Everybody is afraid of something aren’t they? We eventually believe that fear is normal and it’s just something we have to live with. Although we were all made to live a life that is free of doubts, worries and barriers, most people today are living a life that is far LESS than the BEST. Fear is the weight that holds us back from living a life that is fun, fulfilled and joyful! Anxiety and stress are at an all time high in today’s world and Panic Away can make that anxiety vanish!
Fear may start off obscure and non-threatening, but over time it’s bite is deadly. Most people just work around their fear for the rest of their life, some choose to believe it’s not a big deal and other’s stay away from what they are afraid of. Fear is always growing, it doesn’t stand still and if not dealt with it will eventually consume you.
Howard Hughes was one of the richest men in the world but he died with fear. He had enough money to do whatever he wanted but he spent the last years of his life locked up in hotel rooms. He was afraid of germs, afraid to contact people, FEAR totally controlled his life.
Fear Can Be Beaten
- Don’t allow the fear to control and steer your thoughts, if you do the general pattern of your thinking will be fearful. So renew your mind with positive thoughts and watch your life change for the better.
- Watch your words. Speak good words and become a good person.
- Choose Power. Many people are fearful only because they allow their ruts of fear to continue to control their thinking. A rut doesn’t stay the same. The more you use it, the bigger it gets. Face up to your responsibilities and learn to DO IT afraid.
- Choose freedom and believe that freedom from fear is possible. It’s OUR life and OUR choice!
- Don’t quit and you will WIN!
Start to have hope for tomorrow, get a vision in your mind and go for it! Although things may happen around you that are negative, realize that the most important thing is the vision inside of you. You are in control.
You MUST ATTACK fear in your life, become serious and committed to do whatever it takes and fear will no longer control you. Stop creating limits in your life and help others break down their limits too!

A relatively new therapy, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique has been used successfully by thousands of people for Managing panic attacks. Other alternative Cures For Panic Attacks include, hypnotherapy, reflexology and NLP.
Much like acupuncture, Emotional Freedom Technique uses the same principals. Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese medicine technique which has been practiced for centuries and works by positioning needles directly on the meridian system in the body to rebalance energy or chi flow.
EFT works in the same way by balancing your energy flow and disruptions. Relief from emotional distress and physical ailments can be very quick since the meridian system is worked on directly. Unlike Acupuncture, EFT uses the fingertips to stimulate the meridian points by tapping on them.
It’s been long known that the mind and body are connected and that one affects the other. Experiencing emotional distress and stress can be interpreted as a disruption in the body’s natural energy flow. As they build up, more stress hormones are released triggering Panic symptoms.
Practicing the tapping sequence brings about balance in the energy system, releasing built up stress hormones and adrenaline, which relieves symptoms of anxiety and stress. When stimulating the meridian points the person must use positive statements in combination. This is why EFT is so effective at healing the mind and body because the core problem is identified as well as treating its negative effects on the energy system.
Although EFT is a fairly new therapy, it’s use and success has spread across the globe. EFT isn’t just effective at emotional issues and managing panic attacks. It’s also effective at dealing with physical pain. It’s also easier than you think, in fact you don’t need to know anything about meridian points to learn the how to apply this technique. You can find lots of free information out there on the Internet showing you tapping sequence in detail.
The tapping sequence is just half of the EFT practice the other half is about focusing and acknowledging the problem. Before starting the sequence it’s a good idea to write down the problem that you want to address. It is important to use self accepting and positive language when using affirmations. For a person to grown and love others they must first learn to love themselves.
The brilliance of EFT is that it can be used anywhere and its quick which makes managing panic attacks much easier. When you experience the first signs of anxiety, apply the technique for quick relief. Affirmations are best used out aloud but merely thinking about them may also work. Some people may feel a little self-conscious practicing EFT in public but you’d be surprised how little people pay attention.
EFT doesn’t promise 100% success rate, but it’s important to apply it regularly to see significant results. You have to remember that emotional issues can run deep, which means that EFT can sometimes take more than a few times to work. Many people see how effective EFT is and put it to use to treat other issues they may have. Through consistent practice the body’s natural energy system will continue to get better.

It’s tough for someone to go through dealing with the loss of a loved one. Of course it was devastating when my girlfriend’s mom died. She started to realize how much she was forgetting things shortly after her mom’s passing. Super organized, always on the ball and a perfectionist her forgetfulness really started to distress her. Simple things like misplacing her keys over and over or forgetting an appointment would send her straight into an panic attack. However, she immediately thought that this forgetfulness must be from some sort of undiagnosed disease and then those thoughts would attack her… what if it’s cancer or a brain tumor? What if I die? Why can’t I get this Panic away from me?
The longer it went on the more she felt scatter-brained, unsure of herself and unable to concentrate on much. With all the irrational and obsessive thoughts, a panic or anxiety attack would send her spiralling out of control. She spent hours researching what disease she had on the internet. She was certain she was going crazy. She wouldn’t talk about her anxiety attacks with any friends or family believing that they would all think she’s going crazy too. She was scared.
Death is a huge tragedy and grieving is normal and takes time. It’s not uncommon to feel forgetful, overwhelmed or scatter-brained. However, because her mind at the time could not think logically, her irrational thoughts seemed completely real and she became obsessed with running to the doctor every time she’d forget something else. She asked her doctor to perform many different tests but he concluded that she had General Anxiety Disorder, surprised but a little relieved, she didn’t know how to stop the anxiety on her own.
The cause of her anxiety was her fear of dying, especially since seeing her mom die. Having a fear of something sets off anxiety or panic. Do you suffer from panic or anxiety? Ask yourself what you are afraid of.The fear during the night would wake her up and have her trembling. Her obsessive, imagined thoughts consumed her.
Since learning the Panic Away program all of those horrible thoughts she knows now were all imagined. Panic Away has kicked her thoughts to the curb and helped her to stop the fear of thinking you’re going crazy. She has learned to get control and she regained her confidence and her memory.
Please know that feeling nervous or afraid that you might be insane is not uncommon when experiencing anxiety but the truth is that you don`t have to suffer from another anxiety or panic attack again. Panic Away‘s powerful One Move Technique (21-7 Technique) can restore you back to your care- free, normal self no matter how long you`ve been suffering

With concerns of taking medication many people opt for natural ways in Coping With Panic Attacks. It seems that prescription medication is one of the biggest killers of big stars of late. In actual fact, prescription medication causes tens of thousands of deaths annually. Reasons are usually due to taking too much or mixing medications.
Anti-anxiety medication although sometimes effective at reducing Anxiety symptoms, fails to address the real cause of anxiety. There are also other worries since one can become addicted to medication and become dependent on its use. Like with most drugs, medication is no different in that it should be taken with care and not to be abused.
When the body becomes tolerant to anxiety medication they become no longer effective at Controlling Panic Attacks. Unfortunately patients grow dependent on them and often increase their dosage to try and attain the same effect. In some instances doctors may even advise on increasing dosage. Mixing different types of medication also poses as a danger.
Men who suffer from anxiety disorders are more likely to drink alcohol as a means in coping with panic attacks and anxiety. Medication and alcohol should not be mixed as this can be a dangerous combination. Anxiety medication does not remedy the root cause for attacks, so in the long run it does not help.
Other options are available for controlling panic attacks that do not require medication. EFT for example, is similar to acupressure or acupuncture. Using the tips of the fingers, a tapping action is used to stimulate and unblock disruptions in the body. For some, this might sound like a pie in the sky technique that won’t work. But remember that the mind and body are connected.
When a person experiences an anxiety attack, they describe the symptoms or sensations that they felt. They experience nausea, trembling, chest pains and rapid breathing. However the cause of attacks are due to psychological behaviors and beliefs. It’s the mind that triggers these physical symptoms. The mind and body connection is more apparent when we experience stress and anxiety.
This is why therapies such as acupuncture, reflexology and EFT can help a great deal in controlling panic attacks. Growing in common use are therapies such as NLP made popular by Anthony Robbins and hypnotherapy. Health, diet and exercise are highly ignored methods that have tremendous effect on psychological health and wellbeing. Simple steps include eating a healthy diet and getting a good dose of cardiovascular exercise daily.
An important aspect of overcoming anxiety is changing your beliefs and behaviors. It’s your fears and negative beliefs that get you down. There’s lots you can do to start changing your life and becoming happier. Success in all aspect of life comes from motivation and pushing for goals that achieve happiness. Get creative and start new hobbies to keep you busy and learning.
Connecting with other people is a great way to relieve anxiety and stress and grow more confident. Read self help books and learn to take control of your emotions so that you can be the boss of you. Reward yourself with relaxation daily to balance life; take a hot bath, go for a relaxing stroll or watch something amusing. Coping with panic attacks also means avoiding triggers such as stress, unnecessary worrying, and caffeine and alcohol.
