Taking a Vitamin C supplement or eating plenty of citrus fruits during a body cleanse is important because Vitamin C helps the body produce glutathione which stops toxins from building up in the body.
Besides eating properly you also want to exercise. Yoga and martial arts are recommended because they not only work the muscles but also help you get rid of stress and exercise the mind. Meditation is also recommended as you want to get rid of any negative emotions and be more positive. A body cleanse is a full body approach to being healthy and feeling great. A body cleanse detox is the perfect start to a healthier lifestyle.
