Meat in fair portions – Your meat should be cooked enough so that all the bacteria it contains when it’s raw isn’t passed onto your unborn baby when you eat it. So just don’t eat meat that isn’t cooked well enough. So your body doesn’t gain too much fat, eat a little bit of a smaller portion of meat.
Stay away from raw food – While raw foods are great for people trying to lose weight, they aren’t good for pregnant women. So, you shouldn’t eat raw cheese or drink raw milk. Like eating sashimi, may need to be something you give up while you’re pregnant. These raw products may contain bacteria that isn’t good for your unborn baby.
No frozen products – Some of those frozen products are pre-made frozen pies or tv dinners. Don’t forget that you and your unborn baby are eating the same things. So, eating good foods is important. Your doctor should be able to answer any questions you have about nutrition because your needs may be different from other’s needs.
